摘　　要：通过分析我国主要资源枯竭型城市面临的困难和问题,提出应优先扩大就业,因地制宜地发展接续替代产业,大力推进多元化发展,构建区域经济新格局。建议加强对资源枯竭型城市经济转型的政策研究,加大政府支持力度,制定并实施差别化的具体措施,促进实现可持续发展。Based on an analysis of the difficulties and problems confronting the resources-exhausted cities in China, this paper holds that it is necessary to give priority to expanding employment, develop alternative industry in accordance with local conditions to promote the multivariate development patterns, and construct a new framework of the regional economy. The paper also proposes strengthening the policy study of economic transformation of the resources -exhausted cities, increasing state support for the cities, formulating and implementing different measures for different regions so as to promote the sustainable development.
