益气助阳口服液的实验研究

摘　　要：用益气助阳口服液500mg/Kg及200mg／kg剂量对小鼠灌胃给药，观察对小鼠爬杆、耐缺氧、耐低温，对阳虚小鼠脏器系数及记忆障碍的影响。结果表明：益气助阳液的两个剂量组与盐水对照组比较，爬杆时间分别延长了168.1％和109．8％；缺氧状态下的存活时间分别延长了32．4％和30．1％；低温状态下的存活率提高45％和40％。并可非常显著增加由氢化可的松造成肾阳虚小鼠的胸腺重量（P＜0．01）及显著增加肾上腺的重量（P＜0．05），同时，益气助阳口服液还可使小鼠在水迷宫试验中，达岸率提高了92．5％和75．0％。表明益气助阳液具有提高机体免疫力和记忆力的作用。The study was observed the effects on climb pole, resistance to oxygen lack, hypothermia,factor of deficiency of yang in mice viscera as well as the impairment of acquisition ofmemory after oral administration of YQZY at dose of 500 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg in mice, Compare with normal saline,the time of climbing pole has prolonged 168. 1 and 109. 8 percent,survialtime on oxygen lack was has prolonged 30. 1 and 32. 4 percent survial time on hypothermia hasprolonged 45 and 4O percent. The oral liquid also increased the wet weight of mice's atrophic thy-mus (P<0.01 ) and adrenal gland (P<0.05) remarkably with leaded by Hydrocortisone Acetate. In labyrinthic test the time of arriving bank was shorten 27. 3 and 13. 7 percent,percerit ofarriving bank was increased 92. 5 and 75. 0 percent. These results suggested that YQZY enhanced the memory and the immunity of the body.
