胃肠舒对小鼠、家兔肠道平滑肌的作用

摘　　要：目的：研究胃肠舒对肠道平滑肌的作用。方法：用小鼠在体实验和家兔离体肠管研究胃肠舒对肠道平滑肌的作用，均以吗丁啉为阳性对照。结果：胃肠舒３００ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１、吗丁啉１．５ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１灌胃，均能提高小鼠卡红肠道推进率，分别为７６．０２％、７４．４２％（Ｐ＜０．０１）。在家兔离体肠管上，胃肠舒４２０ｍｇ·Ｌ－１、吗丁啉１．６７ｍｇ·Ｌ－１均能使离体肠道平滑肌自发活动收缩幅度加大（Ｐ＜０．０１），但收缩频率无明显改变（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论：胃肠舒能兴奋胃肠道平滑肌。Objective:To study the effects of weichangshu on intestinal smooth muscles.Methods:The effects of weichangshu on intestinal smooth muscles was studied by the use of mice in vivo and isolated intestinal preparations of rabbits in vitro.Results:Weichangshu 300 mg·kg -1 and motilium 1 5 mg·kg -1 enhanced the ratio of carmine pulsion in mice intestine.The ratio were 76 02% and 74 42%( P <0 01) respectively.Secondly,in vitro experiments,the amplitude of contraction were enhanced by weichangshu at the dose of 420 mg·L -1 and motilium at the dose of 1 67 mg·L -1 respectively ( P<0 01 ).But the frequency of contraction was not altered ( P >0 05) Conclusion:Weichangshu can stimulate the intestinal smooth mucscles,and promote the peristaltic activity of intestinal smooth muscles.
