扶正寿康口服液对小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨扶正寿康口服液对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法：设药物组、对照组、免疫抑制组、免疫抑制给药组。分别进行免疫器官重量测定、Ｔ细胞测定、巨噬细胞吞噬功能实验、脾细胞总数及空斑形成细胞（ＰＦＣ）测定、干扰素诱生实验。结果：对小鼠脾脏无明显增重作用，可促进Ｔ及Ｂ淋巴细胞的免疫功能，增强巨噬细胞的吞噬功能，脾细胞总数及ＰＦＣ均升高，可诱导干扰素的生成。结论：本制剂可增强小鼠的免疫功能。Objective:To study the influence of Fu Zheng Shou Kang oral liquor on immunofunction of mice.Methods:Mice were randomized into medicine taking and contral groups,immunosuppressive and immunosuppressive medicine taking groups.The weight of immune organ,T lymphocytes,B lymphocytes,macrophage function,total numbers of spleen cells,plaque form cell and interforon inducing test were measured after taking medicine.Results:No signifcent change was observed in the weight of spleen.The immunofunction of T lymphocytes and B lymphocytes and the phagocytosis of macrophage were improved.More interferon was induced.Conclusion:Fu Zheng Shou Kang oral liquor has beneficial effect on the immunofunction and can decrease the effect of immunosuppressive medicine.
