摘　　要：以实地调研为基础,从分馆的组建方式、建设规划和目标、文献资源建设、服务对象与内容、培训与监管等五个方面,对四所重点高校图书馆分馆的运行现状进行了梳理和比较分析,总结了可资借鉴的经验。Based on investigation, this article discusses five aspects of the branch library management such as the construction plan and the goal, the literature resources construction, the target client and the content, training and the supervision from the branch. It carried on a survey on the present situation of branch libraries operation in four key universities and finally gave out a summary on the experience which might use for reference.
