摘 要:采用滤纸片琼脂平板扩散法和微量肉汤稀释法检测了锈苞蒿挥发油对2种真菌和10种细菌(包括5种临床致病菌)的体外抑菌杀菌活性,结果显示,挥发油对大部分微生物均具有很好的抗菌作用,尤其对酵母菌、革兰氏阳性菌的抗菌活性更强,其最低抑菌浓度(minimal inhibitory concentration,MIC)为0.02~0.31 g/L,最低杀菌浓度(minimum bactericidal concentration,MBC)为0.04~1.25 g/L.其次利用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)技术分析了锈苞蒿挥发油的化学组成,确定了28种成分的化学结构与相对含量,约占挥发油总组分的81.41%,主要由单萜和倍半萜组成,其中Vulgarnoe B(26.58%)、1,8-桉叶素(19.89%)和樟脑(7.91%)是主要成分.By disc-agar diffusion method and broth microdilution susceptibility testing, the antimicrobial activity in vitro of the oil was evaluated against 2 fungi and 10 bacteria including 5 clinical isolated strains. The results showed that the oil presented a broad antimicrobial spectrum, and had better antimicrobial activity against microzyme and Gram-positive bacteria, the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) values were 0.02-0.31 g/L and the minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) values was 0.04-1.25 g/ L. The essential oil of subterranean part of Artemisia imponens was then analyzed by GC-MS. The results show that twenty-eight identified components in the oil mainly monoterpene and sesquiterpene accounts for 81.41% of tatal, and Vulgarnoe B (26.58%), Cineole(1,8-)(19.89%) and Camphor(7.91%) are the key components.
