群集技术发展及其在医院网络技术中的应用实例

摘　　要：随着医疗信息化的普及应用，计算机网络的开放性，共享性，互连程度日益扩大，医疗信息化的重要性和对医院管理的影响也越来越大。医疗信息的计算机网络可靠性显得越来越重要了。怎样实现医院计算机网络不问断的运行是当今医疗信息安全研究发展的方向。而基于Windows Advanced 2000或WINDOWS 2000 DATACENTER SERVER平台上群集技术是实现网络信息高可用性和高可靠性首选方案，对硬件兼容性强大，可支持Oracle、DB2、SQL Server及Sybase等数据库的运行。笔者曾主持过医院的服务器群集系统的策划、实施及推广应用，就群集技术在医院推广应用的实际意义谈谈自己的看法。With the popularization and application of medical informatization, and the increasing openess, sharing and interconnection of computer network, the importance of medical informatization and the impact on hospital management is growing. The reliability of medical information computer network becomes more and more important. How to keep hospital＇ s computer network running without interruption is the developing direction of current medical information security research. Cluster technique based on Windows Advanced 2000 or WINDOWS 2000 DATACENTER SERVER platform is the first choice of informatization with high availability and high reliability. This technique supports Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Sybase and other databases with strong compatibility with hardware.The author has been in charge of the planning, implement and application of server clustering system in hospital, and he discusses the opinions about importance of cluster technique promoting in hospitals in this paper.
