摘　　要：１４例ＭＢ患者以二甲胺不素（ＭＩＮＯ）１００ｍｇ／日治疗，每周６天，疗程３个月，其中８例于疗前及治疗，１，２和３个月时取皮损活检作鼠足垫接种，测定药物对麻风菌活力的影响。结果显示：治疗１个月时，８例中有４例接种的小鼠分别有１只检出少量麻风菌，但未达到繁殖程度，另４例未检出活菌，治疗２和３个月时，８例均未检出活菌，提示ＭＩＮＯ是高效的抗麻风药物，可作为常规抗麻风的替代药物。Fourteen cases of MB leprosy have taken Minocycline 100 mga day in six days of a week for three months,of which eight cases were taken skin biopsies before and in the months 1,2 and 3 of the treatment and inoculated into mice foot pad for measure of the drugs activity against M.Leprae.The result showed that in the first month of the treatment the inocu- lations of four cases had no growth and after month two all no ML,suggesting very high antibac- terial potency.The authors think that the drug can be routinely used as an alternative antileprosy drug.
