麻风患者角膜和视力的改变

摘　　要：兔眼、睑外翻和角膜感觉下降在麻风患者中十分常见,可降低眼睑和泪膜对角膜的保护作用,随着时间延长,还会对视力产生不同程度的危害。由于麻风患者常多种眼疾并发,再加上不同的卫生习惯和危害因素对眼睛的影响。Since 1994 to 1996,824 persons who have or had leprosy were examined for their oculopathy.The results showed that 507 eyes had lagophthalmos,ectropion,corneal hypoesthesia or coexistence of some of them,and in them 120 eyes had keratopathy(24%),with hypopsia of 0.2 to 0.7.And in 1141 eyes without the above oculopa- thy 34 had keratopathy,being 2.9%,with the vi- sion of 0.82 on an average.The author pointed out that the ectropion showed greater menace to the vi- sion titan lagophthalmos.
