摘　　要：目的：观察盐酸洛美沙星盐水注射液与红细胞接触，是否产生溶血与凝集现象。方法：参照药理学实验方法学方法制备２％兔红细胞混悬液，加入不同剂量的受试药物的溶度，观察０．５，１，２，３，小时各试管内红细胞是否出现全溶血，部分溶血及凝血现象。结果 ：受试药在３小时内均未出现溶血及凝集现象。结论：盐酸洛美沙星盐水注射液对家兔红细胞无影响。Objective To observe whether hemolgsis and agglutination occur when RBCs como into contact witk saline injections of Lomefloxacin hydrochloride.Methods: According to experimental methods in pharmacology, rabbit's RBCs suspensions were preared, and added with solutions of different doses of the tested drugs. After 0.5、 1、2and 3 hours, RBCs in each test tube were observed for comjplete hemolysis, partial hemolysis and agglutination. Results:All the tested drugs didn' t result in hemolysis and agglutination within 3 hours.Conclusion:Saline injection of Lomefloxacin hydrochloride has no effect on rabbit's RBCs (i.e.no
