摘  要:探讨磁场对缺氧性心肌病大鼠血红细胞SOD活性变化的影响。方法:将大鼠随机分为四组:空白对照组,磁作用对照组、缺氧性心肌损伤组,缺氧性心肌损伤磁场治疗组。采用四氮唑蓝法测定各组大鼠血红细胞SOD活性。结果:大鼠血红细胞SOD活性,心肌损伤磁场治疗组明显高于缺氧性心肌损伤组,磁作用对照组高于空白对照组。结论;在磁场作用下缺氧性心肌损伤大鼠和健康大鼠血红细胞SOD活性可明显升高。Objective To study the effects of magnetic field on the activities of SOD in rats with ischemic myocardial damage. Method:The rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: the blank control group, the magnetic effect group (ME group) .the ischemic myocardial damage group (IMD group), and the ischemic myocardial damage+ magnetic treatment group (IMD + MT group). The activities of SOD in RBCs of the rats were measured with NBT method. Results:Compared with IMD group, the activities of SOD in RBCs of the rats in IMD + MT group were significantiy higher than that in IMD group (P < 0.01 ) SOD in ME group higher than that in blank control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion :Under the effects of magnetic field, the activities of SOD in RBCs of normal rats and the rats with ischemic myocardial damage increase significantly. Therefore, magnetic field may the myocardium, both normal and ischemic.
