摘 要:目的:探讨磁场对缺氧性心肌损伤大鼠血浆MDA含量变化的影响。方法:将大鼠随机分为四组:空白对照组,磁作用对照组,缺氧性心肌损伤组,缺氧性心肌损伤磁场治疗组,采用硫代巴比妥酸法测定各组大鼠血浆MDA含量。结果;血浆MDA含量,缺氧性心肌损伤磁场治疗明显低于缺氧性心肌损伤组。结论;磁场对缺氧性心肌损伤大鼠血浆和MDA含量具有明显降低的作用。初步证实。Objective To study the effects of magnetic field on the content of serum MDA in the rats with ischemic myocardial damage. Method: The rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: the blank control group, the magnetic effect group (ME group), the ischemic myocardial damage group (IMD group), and the ischemic myocardial damage + magnetic treament group (IMD + MT group). The contents of serum MDA in the rats were measured by TBA. Results: Compared with IMD group, the content of serum MDA in IMD + MT group decreased significantly (P < 0.01 ). Conclusion: The results showed that magnetic field can remarkably decrease the content of MDA in the rats witk ischemic myocardial damage. It has been proved premilinarily that magnetic field has some protective effects on ischemic myocardial damage in Keshan disease.
