摘 要:探讨伤后免疫核糖核酸应用时机,种类与伤鼠免疫功能变化的关系。方法:将烫伤大鼠随机分成两批9组,采用四甲基偶氮唑蓝比色法和^3H-TdR掺入法,分别测定各组烫伤大鼠伤后10天时IL-2活性,NK细胞活性和T,B淋巴细胞增殖反应能力的变化。结果:(1)伤后三种iRNA联合用药组NK细胞活生和B细胞增殖反应能力恢复较快,至伤后第10天时分别达到正常的102.0%和95.Objective To explore the relationship between the time and varieties of the specific immune (iRNA) administration and immune function of rats with scald. Methods: The activities of interrleukin - 2 (IL - 2) and natural killer (NK) cell and the proliferative rates of T、B lymphocytes in the various group of rats with scald were determined respectively on the 10th day postscald with the methods of MTT colorimetry and 3H - TdR incorporation. Results: (1)The recovery of NK cell activity and the proliferation of B lymphocyte in for varieties of iRNA combination group were rapid which respetively amounted to 102 .0% and 95. 7% of the normal group on the 10th day after scald, significantly higher than those of one kind or two kinds of iRNA combination group; (2) The recovery of IL - 2 astivity and the proliferative rate of T lymphocyte in iRNA group administered were more rapid than those given on the 2nd or 3rd day after scald, which amounted to 95. 8% and 98 .5% of the normal group on the 10th day after scald. Conclusion: The combination administration of the three varieties of iRNA at early period after scald could improve immune function in rats with scald. It played an important role in enhancing the ability to resist infection in rats with soald.
