摘　　要：为了建立一种测定苦参碱结肠定位片中苦参碱含量的方法,应用酸性染料比色法测定苦参碱含量,通过研究其在不同介质中的线性关系、回收率、日内稳定性,考察测定方法的可行性。结果表明:在3种不同的介质中,酸性染料比色法均可行,且可靠、稳定,可以用来控制苦参碱结肠定位片的质量。The method of acid dye colorime was used to establish a method for content determination ofmatrine in it＇s conlon-specofic tablets. Linear relationship, recovery and stability in a day in different media were studied for the feasibitity of the method. The results showed that the determination method was feasible, reliable and stable in three different media and it could be used to conrtol the quality of the content ofmatrine in it＇s conlon-specofic tablets.
