摘　　要：茶政,又叫茶法,是历史时期政府有关茶业的经济立法,包括一系列的政策法令和规章制度,涉及茶业管理机构的设置,茶叶的生产、贩运、销售,茶税征课名目的变动,茶叶缉私等内容。唐宋以降,茶政是关乎国计民生的大政之一。清代茶政因袭前代旧制,但也有所更张。The policy of tea or the law of tea is the economic law on tea industry by government in Chinese history. It includes a series of ordinance and regulations,and involves the setting of administration,the production,transportation and selling ,the change of tea tax,anti-smuggling enforcement,etc. Since the Tang and Song dynasties,the policy of tea is one of the important policies which concern the national economy and the people’s livelihood. The Policy of Tea in the Qing Dynasty copies the former,but has some new contents.
