抑癌定痛汤治疗癌痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：采用自拟抑癌定痛汤治疗中晚期癌症疼痛患者81例，并与杜冷丁口服治疗43例对照。结果：中药组癌痛完全缓解率44.44％，优于西药组的癌痛缓解率（24.39％，P＜0．05）；中药组起效时间（227士10．7min）慢于西药组（1．3士11．1min，P＜O．05），而效应维持时间（14．5士4．7h）则长于西药组（1．4士4．9b，P＜0.01）。结果提示，抑癌定痛汤治疗癌痛的效果肯定，且以缓痛维持时间较长、副作用较少见长。81 patients with pain caused by intermediate and late cancers were treated with Yiai Dingtong decoction' Its therapeutic effects were compared with do1antin in treating 43 cases of controls. In Chinese drug group, 44. 4% patients got comp1ettly relief,while in control group only 24' 39% got completely relief (P＜0'.05), Analgesia started at 22.7＜10．7 minafter treatment of Chinese drug, whereas, in contrast,it started at 18.3＜11. 1 min (PC0.05). The analgesic effect maintained longer time in Chinese druggroup than in control group (14.5±4.7 h. VS 12. 4± 4.9 h. P＜0.01 )． These results confirmed the anal gesic effect of Yiai ixngtong decoction and its superlority of long-acting analges1a and lcss side effects.
