从血液流变学角度看脑通滴鼻液治疗缺血性中风的作用机理

摘　　要：为探讨脑通滴界液治疗缺血性中风的作用机理，进行了该药对血液流变学影响的临床及实验研究。临床研究表明：该药具有明显的降低血脂、改善血液流变学状态的作用。实验研究表明该药可明显降低大鼠全血及血浆高、中、低切粘度，抑制红细胞、血小板聚集，提高红细胞变形能力。上述结果提示：脑通滴鼻液可通过多环节、多途径改善缺血性中风病人的血液流变学状态，是该药取得较好临床疗效的重要机理之一。The influence of Naotong nosc drops on hemorheology of ischemic apoplexy was observed to explore its mechanism' Clinical study revealed that this drug significantly lowered blood lipid level and improved hemorheology of the patlents' Experimenta1 study in rats showed that Naotong signlflcantly 1owered whole b1ood and plasma viscoslty in high, mediate and low rates, lnhibited exythrocyte and platelet aggregation and raised exythrocyte defornlability' Above results suggested that Naotong could improve hemorheology of ischemic apoplexy and this is a lmportant mechanism of treatment with this drug.
