摘　　要：文章从公共利益原则的由来及其在立法实践中的现状、从多角度探究公共利益原则的本质,进而探悉公共利益原则在实施反倾销措施中的作用,有利于改进和完善反倾销法律制度,把公共利益原则正确运用于反倾销实践,维护社会整体利益和国家利益。From the origin of public interest principle in the legislation and its practice of the status quo, this paper explores the essence of public interest principle from different perspectives, and then finds out the public interest principle in the implementation of anti-dumping measures. It is good for improving anti-dumping laws, perfecting the legal system, correctly applying public interest principle in anti-dumping practices, and maintaining the social and national benefit.
