摘  要:从地质岩心钻探的基本要求出发,应用成膜理论与技术,结合国内岩心钻探泥浆的应用特点,研究开发了新型成膜助剂,初步建立了一套适合于小口径钻探的具有成膜特点的无固相冲洗液和低固相泥浆体系。经现场应用证明,该钻进液体系具有良好的成膜防塌性能,能有效抑制泥页岩的水化膨胀,维持孔壁稳定,提高钻进效率。Starting from the basic requirements of core drilling, using theory and technology of the filming and combined with the domestic application of core drilling fluid characteristics, this parper researches and develops an new additive of filming, and initially establishes the solid-free drilling fluid and low solid drilling fluid systems suitted for the small-caliber diamond drilling and with filming characteristics. Through using on-site, it is proved that the drilling systems have good anti-sloughing and filming capability, can effectively inhibite mud shale for hydration, can keep the stability of the hole wall, and can improve the drilling efficiency.
