摘  要:介绍了细旦涤纶织物染深性差的原因,通过后整理助剂进行增深处理,改变涤纶纤维表面特性,降低涤纶折射率是提高其表观深色效果的有效方法.采用E-BONY BLACK增深剂处理超细涤纶染色织物,可降低涤纶对光的反射率,提高染色深度.探讨了E-BONY BLACK增深剂的增深原理,分析了增深剂用量、pH值、焙烘温度和焙烘时间等对增深后织物表面深度K/S值和断裂强力的影响.采用正交试验优化了增深整理工艺:增深剂用量为6%,150℃焙烘30 s,溶液为弱酸性,经其整理的黑色涤纶仿真丝织物增深度可达25%.The reason of poor color depth of dyed fine-denier polyester fabrics was introduced.Decreasing the refractive index of polyester is a effective way to improve the apparent shade depth of polyester fabric,which was performed by deep-finishing with auxiliary to change the surface properties of the fine-denier polyester fiber.The refractive index could be reduced and the dye depth of superfine polyester fabric was im-proved by E-BONY BLACK deepening agent.The deepening mechanism of E-BONY BLACK deepening agent was discussed and the effect of dosage of deepening agent, pH value, baking temperature and time on apparent shade depth K/S value and breaking strength of fabric was discussed. By orthogonal experiment design, the finishing technology of deep-finishing was optimized: the dosage of deepening agent 6%, 150 ℃ baked 30 s, solution is weekly acidic. The deep-dyeing degree of 25% was obtained by optimized deep-finishing process for black polyester silk-like fibers.
