摘　　要：TF-615属苯并三唑类整理剂,主要用于涤纶织物的抗紫外整理.探讨了浸染和浸轧两种工艺对涤纶织物抗紫外效果以及织物色牢度的影响,得出浸染和浸轧的最佳工艺参数.浸染：TF-615 1%-4%（owf）,pH 5,130℃处理30-60 min;浸轧：TF-615 10-40 g/L,170℃处理1 min.此外,从研究结果得知,TF-615尤其适用于浸染工艺,可与分散染料同浴使用,具有优异的高温分散能力,可使整理后的织物具有良好的抗紫外性能和日晒牢度.TF-615 is a kind of benzotriazole anti-UV finishing agent,which is mostly applied to polyester anti-UV finishing.The effects of dip and pad dyeing on anti-UV effect and color fastness were discussed.And the optimal arts including exhaust dyeing and continuous dyeing were obtained.exhaust dyeing： 1%~4%（owf） of TF-615,pH 5,treated at 130 ℃ for 30~60 min;continuous dyeing： 10~40 g/L of TF-615,treated at 170 ℃ for 1 min.Furthermore,TF-615 especially fitted for exhaust dyeing.It could be used with disperse dye in one-bath and it showed excellent showed strong dispersibility at high temperature. The finished fabric had good anti-UV performance and good color fastness to light.
