摘  要:对黑龙江省各育种时期具有代表性的克字号小麦主栽品种HMW-GS组成进行分析。结果表明:各个阶段育成的小麦品种中,含有5+10优质亚基的比例为33.33%,其中品质阶段育成品种中带有5+10亚基的占23.81%。在今后的育种中应引入一些如:13+16,17+18,14+15,5’+12等含有优质亚基的亲本材料,并注重对各位点亚基的组合的筛选,逐步丰富克字号小麦优质基因库,为东北春麦区高产优质小麦新品种的选育提供丰富的基础种质。Analysis of High Molecular Weight Glutenin of "keshanxiaomai" main cuhivars which have a representative varieties in difference breeding stages grown in Heilongjiang. The results showed that 5 + 10 high quality subunit is only 33.33% in all varieties in which 23.81% varieties is breed in quality stages. We should introducing some of high quality subunits such as 13 + 16, 17 + 18, 14 + 15, 5' + 12 and pay attention to screen excellent subunits combination, in order to rich our high quality gene resources step by step, it also provide basic resources for new varieties of high yield and quality breeding.
