博落回属植物化学成分的研究进展

摘　　要：博洛回(Macleaya cordata(Willd.) R. B)为罂粟科多年生草本植物,《本草拾遗》等记载博落回属毒草类,具大毒。多为民间常用杀蛆青草药,在我国已有悠久历史。博落回根茎、叶、果均含多种生物碱,对治疗多种炎症有效,所含生物碱也可抑制肿瘤细胞。我国博落回野生资源丰富,利用博落回开发新的产品将有广阔的市场前景。综述了博洛回属植物的化学成分研究现状和博洛回生物碱的药理作用。Macleaya cordata is annual - biennial herb and belongs to Papaveraceae family. Herbal shortage are is recorded as poisonous weeds. In ancient china ,it is popular to use Macleaya cordata to kill the maggot, the Rhizomes,leaves,fruits of Macleaya cordata contends many kinds of alkaloids, it can therapy inflammation, the alkaloids contends in the plants also could inhibit tumor cells. Our country has rich of wild Macleaya cordata resources. It will have bright prospects to extract contents of Macleaya cordata to develop commodities. This passage summaries the research conditions of the chemical composition and Alkaloids pharmacology in Macleaya cordata.
