摘　　要：建立和谐家庭是建设和谐社会的重要组成部分。在社会的转型期,婚姻家庭的观念出现了多元化的状况。现代的夫妻关系,不仅是以情感为基础,而且是情感与义务的有机统一。经济上的相对独立性,为夫妻保持自我和个性提供了基础。构建和谐家庭关系的重要环节不仅要完善家庭财产制度和禁止婚外性行为,而且要适时建立和健全离婚的救济制度,从婚姻家庭法的完善方面对其保护。这不但有利于促进和谐社会的构建,而且为经济发展创造安定和谐的社会环境提供了保障。Establishing the harmonious family is the important component to establish the harmonious society.In society＇s transition period,the conjugal family＇s ideas have multiplex condition.Modern conjugal relation not only takes the emotion as the foundation,but also is the emotion and the voluntary organic unification.Husband and wife maintain themselves in the economical relative independence.The important link of establishing the harmonious family relations not only consummate the family asset system and forbid the extramarital sexual behaviour,moreover we must at the right moment establish and perfect the divorce relief system.This is not only propitious to promote harmonious society＇s construction,but also provide the safeguard to build stable and harmonious social environment for economy developing.
