金振口服液治疗婴幼儿支气管肺炎临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察金振口服液治疗婴幼儿支气管肺炎治疗效果。方法支气管肺炎患儿380例随机分为2组,对照组190例应用抗感染等常规治疗;治疗组190例在常规治疗同时给予金振口服液口服。比较总有效率及不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率82.6%,对照组71.1%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.16,P<0.01),无不良反应。结论金振口服液治疗婴幼儿支气管肺炎简便、安全、有效,且无不良反应。Objective To observe the efficacy of jin-zhen decoction on infantile bronchopneumonia. Methods 380 cases of infantile bronchopneumonia were randomly divided into two groups, 190 cases in the treatment group and 190 cases in the control group. The control group were given conventional theraphy. Together with conventional theraphy the treatment group were given jin-zhen decoction. To compare the total effectiveness rate and adverse reaction of the two groups. Results Compaired with the control group, the total effectiveness rate was 82.6% from the treatment group, but 71.1% from the control group. The significant difference was remarka- ble（x^2 = 7. 16 ,P 〈 0.01 ）and there was no adverse reaction. Conclusion The therapy of jin-zhen decoction on infantile bronchopneumonia was simple, safe, and effective, and there was no adverse reaction.
