摘 要:目的探讨胸导联R波递增不良的临床意义。方法对70例胸导联R波递增不良患者的心电图进行临床研究。70例患者经过各种检查有41例明确患有器质性心脏病,设为甲组,另29例无器质性心脏病,设为乙组。结果甲组中仅有5例符合R/S比例自右向左逐渐增高,乙组中有25例符合R/S比例自右向左逐渐增高。差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。甲组中符合RV1、RV2、RV3<0.3 mV者35例,乙组中符合RV1、RV2、RV3均<0.3 mV者3例,差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论胸导联R波递增不良可由很多心脏器质性疾病引起,也可因生理因素引起,要结合临床加以分析。Objective To estimate clinical significance of poor R wave progression in precordial leads. Methods To cases with poor R wave progrseeon in precordial leads were classified into the first group(41 cases) with organic disease and the second group (29 cases)without organic disease and their electrocardiograms were analyzed retrospectively. Results There are 5 cases with R/S ratio increasing gradually from right to left precordial leads in the first group and 25 cases with R/S ratio increasing gradually from right to left precordial leads in the other group. There was significant difference between two groups( P 〈 0.01 ) Amphtude of every R wave in lead V1 to lead V3 was lower than 0. 3 mv in 35 cases of the first group and in three cases of the second group. There was significant difference between two groups ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Poor R wave progression could result from many organic thoracic and cardiac diseases and physiological changes and should be estimated with clinical findings.
