摘　　要：在混凝土系统设备安装监理中应用SMART原则,通过制定清晰的监理目标,提高目标的可衡量性和可实现性,使监理工作中的问题具体化并定量化,从而实现监理工作的预控效能。Applying SMART principle in the course of supervision during concrete system equipments installation, developing clear goals, making goals more measurable and attainable, specifying and quantizing the issue in supervision, pre-control role of supervision can be achieved.
