摘  要:结合白莲河抽水蓄能电站首机首次水泵工况起动需要,调查国内外有关情况,分析了上库无水时电站首机首次水泵工况起动的可行性,包括可逆机组的水泵工况特性,首次起动的水泵变工况分析,起动过程、技术措施和效果分析,指出有无初始扬程起动对机组和系统影响的关键在于对导水机构的有效控制,即导叶的打开方式和开起速度。结论认为,只要对导叶控制得当,并加强系统监控,有无初始扬程对首机首次水泵工况起动并非特别重要。The feasibility of the first start-up of first unit of Bailianhe pumped-storage power station pumping operation mode is studied on the condition of no water in upper reservoir. The analysis includes pumping characteristics of pump turbine, off-pump operating condition in the period of first start-up of first unit, as well as its start-up process, technical measures and the effects. It is shown that the impact on unit and system caused by the first start-up of first unit without initial head is decided by the effective control of water-guiding apparatus, i.e., the opening way and speed of guide vane. It concluded that having initial head or not is not particularly important for the first start-up of first unit in pump operating mode on the condition of properly control of guide vane.
