摘  要:利用从同步辐射实验装置引出的不同波长的紫外光激发乳腺病组织、良性乳腺肿瘤组织和恶性乳腺肿瘤组织产生的真空紫外光谱,分析这些谱的差异,结果显示:不同的组织,它们的真空紫外光谱是不相同的。用133 nm的波长激发时出现了双峰的结构;用193nm的波长激发时出现了三峰的结构;而用252nm的波长激发时仅出现一个显著的峰。对于不同的组织,真空紫外光谱中峰的位置和强度是不同的,这些差异反映出了不同类型病变组织的特异性,说明真空紫外光谱在乳腺肿瘤的诊断中具有一定的价值。The vacuum ultraviolet spectra of breast sickness tissues, benign or malign breast tumors were obtained by ultraviolet light excited based on synchrotron radiation facility. The differences of these spectra were analyzed. The results show that their vacuum ultraviolet spectra were different for various breast sickness tissues. There are two peaks in the spectrum when these tissues were excited by 133 nm ultraviolet light. When 193 nm light irradiated the tissues, there appear three peaks structure. There is only one distinct peak when these tissues were excited by 252 nm light. The difference of vacuum ultraviolet spectra can reflect the different characteristic of different kinds of breast sickness tissue, and make out that there were definite values in the diagnoses of breast tumor for vacuum ultraviolet spectrum.
