摘  要:采用溶剂热法合成了Eu3+单掺YF3。分析了样品的结构与形貌,结果表明,所合成的样品为单相,颗粒粒度分布均匀。测定了YF3:Eu3+的激发和发射光谱,结果显示,Eu3+离子的发光以电偶极跃迁5D0→7F2(612nm)为主而发红光,稀土离子处于非中心对称的格位上。YF3:Eu^3+ was prepared by solvothermal method at 180 ℃, in which ethylene glycol was employed as solvent. X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and environment scanning electron microscopy (ESEM) were used to analyze the morphology and characteristics of the powder, X-ray diffraction results confirmed the formation of YF3:Eu^3+ and the ESEM image show that the powders were cubit particles with uniform size distribution. The excitation and emission spectra of the rare earth ions doped YF3 through solvothermal process was investigated by fluorescence spectrophotometer. Typical Eu^3+ emission peaks were observed and strongest emission with red color corresponded to the ^5D0→^7F2 transition, demonstrating that the rare earth ions occupied the non-centrosymmetrical sites in YF3.
