摘 要:以600MW凝汽式机组为热经济学研究对象,使用热经济学结构理论,建立了系统的热经济学成本模型,计算变工况下各个组元的单位成本,并与传统的分析法进行比较,定量分析了变工况下组元单位成本的分布规律,指出了在系统节能分析中应重点考虑的组元,同时定性分析了组元单位成本高的原因。利用结构理论和等效焓降分别计算热耗率和煤耗率,验证了结构理论的合理性。结果表明:相对于分析法和等效焓降法,采用热经济学结构理论能更准确、更合理地判断设备的节能潜力。Based on the structural theory of thermoeconomics, the thermoeconomic cost model of system was established and this theory was applied to a 600MW Condensing power plant in this paper. The unit exergetic cost of each component was calculated under off-design conditions, also made a comparision with exergy anlysis method. The distribution of unit exergetic cost in off-design conditions was analyzed quantitatively; indicating which component has to be considered more in energy-saving analysis . The reason leading to higher unit exergetic cost was analyzed . The heat consumption rate and fuel consumption rate were calculated by using structural theory and equivalent enthalpy-drop method, verifying the reasonableness of structural theory. The results reflect that comparing with exergetic analysis and equivalent enthalpy-drop method, energy-saving potency of equipment is evaluated more accurately and reasonably by the structural theory.
