摘  要:汽轮机的快速冷却可有效缩短冷却时间,缩短检修工期。在分析了汽轮机各种快速冷却方法优缺点的基础上,结合300MW机组,采用"串联真空"法实施机组快冷。它克服了热空气量不足、快冷系统设计不合理、运行操作麻烦、监视手段落后、主汽门和调速汽门门套等处易氧化结垢、高排逆止门门板被顶离门座严重漏气等问题。The fast-cooling of turbine can effectively shortcut the cooling duration, shortcut the time limit of examine and repare project. This paper introduces several methods of turbine fast-cooling and relative merits of these methods. According to 300MW unite by ~eries vacuum" to achieve the fast-cooling. Many questions could he overcome, such as insufficient hot air, unreasonable design of fast-cooling system, complex operation, backward monitoring means, oxidation and incrustation easily in the positions such as main valve and speed control valve, leak seriously because door sheet of check valve in high row separated from gate seat, and so on.
