摘  要:汽轮机因主油泵齿式联轴器失效而导致的恶性事故时有发生,应予以高度重视。黄埔电厂5号机为改进型300MW机组,汽轮机主油泵齿式联轴器运行中发现明显晃动现象,严重威胁机组的安全运行。在对晃动原因进行分析的基础上,进行滑参数变负荷试验,找出该晃动现象与高压缸差胀有明显关系,从而采取在套筒前后挡板内侧加垫片的方法,在抢修中完全消除该存在的隐患,保证了设备的安全运行。Some steam turbine malignant accident caused by the toothed coupling of main oil pump problems occurred occa- sionally which should be paid attention highly. The obviously sloshing phenomenon existed in toothed coupling of main oil pump in Huangpu Power Plant No. 5 unit which is a type of improved 300MW turbine generator made by STC during operat- ing to threat unit safe operation seriously. On the foundation of cause analysis for sloshing reason, a sliding steam parameter to change unit load experiment was carried out to find out that sloshing phenomenon have obviously relation with turbine HP cylinder differential expansion, so a method of adding liner around baffle inside coupling sleeve was adopt to eliminate this existent hidden trouble completely in this unit rushing examine and repair, this have assured the operation safely of equip- ment.
