摘 要:在《公路桥涵地基与基础设计规范》(JTJ 024-85)中,没有条款涉及桩端后压浆技术。对桩端后压浆桩的设计方法进行研究,分析桩端后压浆提高桩承载能力的机理,基于69根试桩的试验数据,在新规范(JTG D63-2007)中,提出桩端后压浆桩的压浆量和承载力计算公式,并给出计算公式中的关键参数包括注浆量经验系数αp、桩侧阻增强系数sβi以及桩端阻增强系数βp等的取值。结合一个工程实例,验证所提出的桩端后压浆桩的设计方法的适用性。In the Code for Design of Ground Bases and Foundations of Highway Bridges and Culverts (JTJ 024-85), there are no any provisions covering the techniques for pile base postgrouting. The design method for the base post-grouting piles is hence studied herewith and the mechanism of enhancing the bearing capacity of the piles after their bases are post-grouted is analyzed. On the basis of the test dada of 69 piles, the formulas for calculating the amount of the grouting and the bearing capacity of the base post-grouting piles were put forward in the new version of the Code ((JTJ D63-2007) and the key parameters including the empirical coefficient αp of the amount of the grouting, the enhancement coefficient βsi of pile side resistance and the enhancement coefficient βp of pile base resistance were given. With reference to a practical project example, the adaptability of the design method for the base post-grouting piles is verified.
