摘 要:耐候性钢材以其耐腐蚀性能和全寿命成本经济性在欧美、日本等发达国家广泛应用于桥梁工程。通过以往耐候钢材腐蚀试验结果,归纳不同腐蚀环境耐候钢腐蚀状态,得到耐候钢的腐蚀机理。采用外观评价、图像处理分析以及锈层厚度测定等方法评估耐候性钢桥的时变性能,依据不同评定等级制定相应的检查频度、调查内容以及维护处理方法,在此基础上得到耐候性钢桥管理养护系统,为耐候钢桥的后期运营管理提供参考,以促进耐候钢桥的进一步发展。The weathering steel has been widely applied to bridges in the developed countries in Europe, America and in Japan owing to its good corrosion resistance behavior and life-cycle costing. With reference to the previous tests of corrosion resistance of the steel, the corrosion conditions of the steel in different corrosion environments are summarized and the corrosion mechanism thereof is obtained. The time-dependent performance of the weathering steel bridges are evaluated by the appearance assessment, image processing analysis and thickness measurement of rust layers. In accordance with the different evaluation grades, the corresponding checking frequency, contents and the maintenance proceeding methods are determined, and on the basis of these efforts, the management and maintenance system is formed to provide reference for the late period operation and management of the weathering steel bridges and to boost the further development of the bridges.
