摘 要:在试验数据的基础上,综合考虑各种因素,西堠门大桥主缆缠丝导入力安全系数取3.0。缠丝导入力的设计荷载包括恒载、汽车活载、温度变化、风荷载等。考虑主缆横断面的弹性对泊桑比公式进行修正,根据文献总结的几种方法,得出缠丝导入力的计算公式。计算直径为3.5mm和4.0 mm及不同弹性模量的缠丝导入力,结果表明缠丝导入力随着缠丝弹性模量和缠丝直径的增加而增大,断面温差对其影响很大。提出西堠门大桥主缆缠丝导入力在2 300 N以上。On the basis of the relevant test data and in comprehensive consideration of various factors, the safety margin of the pretensioning force of the wrapping wires for main cables of Xihoumen Bridge was determined to be 3.0. The designed load of the force included the dead load, vehicle load, temperature variation load and wind load. In regard of the elasticity of the cross sec- tions of the cables, the Poisson's ratio formula was modified, the formula for calculating the force of the wires was obtained through summarization of several methods as provided in literatures and the force of the wires having diameters 3.5 mm and 4.0 mm and different elastic modulus was respectively calculated. The results of the calculation demonstrate that the pretensioning force of the wires increases with the increase of the elastic modulus and diameters of the wires and the influence of the sectional temperature difference on the force is very significant. It is therefore proposed that the pretensioning force of the wires for the main cables of the Bridge should be greater than 2 300 N.
