摘 要:支井河大桥为主跨430 m的上承式钢管混凝土拱桥。拱座C20大体积混凝土施工属冬季施工,通过选择合理的配合比,加上"两布三膜"的保温保湿措施,防止混凝土温度裂缝出现;主拱肋采用无支架、无塔架缆索吊装的施工方法;拱圈内C50微膨胀混凝土采用单管对称泵送灌注施工。支井河大桥施工的顺利完成表明该桥施工方案可行。Zhijing River Bridge is a concrete-filled steel tube deck arch bridge with a main span 430 m. The construction of the C20 massive concrete for the arch seats of the bridge was carried out in winter season. To prevent the possible thermal cracking in the concrete, the mix proportioning for the concrete was rationally selected and the thermal and humid isolation measures using the "two layers of textures and three layers of membranes" were taken. For the erec- tion of the main arch ribs of the bridge, the cable hoisting construction method without utilization of scaffolding and tower bents was used. The C50 micro-expansion concrete for the steel tubes of the arch ribs was symmetrically cast by pumping by a single pipe. The final smooth completion of the bridge indicates that the construction schemes applied to the bridge are feasible.
