摘 要:新建武汉至宜昌铁路工程蔡家湾汉江特大桥167号、168号墩存在入岩较深、岩石强度较高、出现岩溶等特点,施工中选择单绳冲击钻机、YCJF-25型冲击反循环钻机、GF-300型回旋钻机和ZSD-300a型全液压动力头钻机。在不同的岩层中4种钻机的成孔效率及成本不同,YCJF-25型冲击反循环钻机在覆盖层、岩层中钻进都比较快,成本也比较低。钻孔桩施工时应根据不同钻机的性能、优缺点及地质情况合理选型,各类型的钻机还可以配合使用。针对167号墩出现的岩溶桩基,采用回填片石+粘土的方法处理,其操作简单,成本较低。The Piers No. 167 and No. 168 of Caijiawan Hanjiang River Bridge on the newly built Wuhan-Yichang Railway are characteristic of deep embedment into rock, high strength of the rock where the piers are located and presence of kasrt geology at the pier location. In the construction of the bored piles for the piers, the single-rope percussion boring machine, the YCJF-25 percussion and reverse circulation boring machine, the GF-300 rotary boring machine and the ZSD-300a all-hydraulic unit head boring machine are selected. In the different rock stratums, the boring efficiency and cost of the four types of the machines are not the same. The speed of the YCJF-25 machine boring in the overburden and rock is fairly fast and cost is low. In such case, the selection of the boring machines should be rational in consideration of the working performance, advantages and disadvantages of the machines and in accordance with the specific geologic conditions. Moreover, the different machines can be used alternatively. In the light of the presence of karst ground at Pier No. 167, the ground is handled by the method of backfill of rubbles and clay, which is not only simple in operation, but also low in cost.
