摘  要:短线法预制线形控制通过每次调整匹配梁的空间位置(局部坐标)来保证梁体的设计线形(整体坐标),因此,必须进行整体坐标和局部坐标之间的转换。在阐述短线法施工工艺及坐标转换原理的基础上,推导短线法预制线形控制的空间坐标转换公式以及节段从浇筑位置到匹配位置的平移量计算公式。结合工程应用,简要探讨节段短线预制与悬臂拼装线形控制的方法与措施。The designed geometric shape (global coordinate) of a complete prestressed concrete (PC) box girder precast and assembled by the short-line match method is ensured by the geometric shape control of precasting of the girder segments through adjustment of the spatial positions (local coordinate) of the matched segments each time. In this respect, the transformation between the global coordinate and the local coordinate must be conducted. On the basis of expounding of the construction technology of the short-line match method and the principles of the coordinate transformation, the authors deduce the formulas for transformation of the spatial coordinate for the geometric shape control of precasting by the short-line match method and also for calculating the translation amounts of the segments from their positions of casting to matching. With reference to the practical application, the authors also briefly discuss some of the methods and measures for the geometric shape control of the precasting by the short-line match method and cantilever assembly of the segments.
