摘　　要：目的:探讨重症急性胰腺炎(severe acute paccreatitis,SAP)内科综合治疗方法及其疗效。方法:对30例SAP的临床资料进行回顾性对比分析。结果:27例治愈(90.0%),2例死亡(6.7%),1例转外科,平均住院42天。结论:SAP采用个体化内科综合治疗方案,能降低病死率、缩短住院时间、提高治愈率。Objective：To investigate the effective and comprehensive medicine treatment for severe acute panereatitis. Methods： The clinical data of 30 patients with severe acute pancreatitis in our hospital from July, 2004 to June,2007 were reviewed. Results：The clinical manifestations of this group had no specificities.27 patients were cured （cure rate 90.0%）, 2 cases died（mortality rate 6.7% ）and 1 was transfered into surgery.The average hospitalization days were 42 d.Conclusion：Using individualized comprehensive medicine treatment program is effective to the patients with severe acute pancreatitis in reducing the mortality rate, hospitalization days and improving the cure rate.
