摘　　要：信托制度是现代社会的一种重要理财制度,信托制度发达程度与国民经济发展水平密切相关。与此同时,信托制度随着信托活动的不断发展而不断完善。了解现代信托制度的发展,对于我们深刻理解信托制度产生的客观必然性,准确把握信托制度功能与作用,发挥信托活动在我国的社会经济发展中的作用极为重要。Trust system is an important financial management system in the modern society, the national economy is closely related to the level of trust development. At the same time, the continuous improvement and innovation of the Trust activities consummated the trust system, acquaint ourself with the evolution and the innovation on modern Trust system can made us understood of the objective necessity in trust system deeply, grasped of the system function and the role of trust accurately, make trust play extremely important role in the socio-economic development of China＇s.
