婴幼儿头部静脉留置针“廿”形固定临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨3M胶布"廿"形固定加透明敷贴固定对婴幼儿头部静脉留置针的留置时间的影响。方法选择180例我院儿科婴幼儿肺炎患儿,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组90例采用3M胶布"廿"形固定加透明敷贴固定,对照组90例采用传统透明敷贴直接固定,观察两种固定方法用于婴幼儿头部静脉留置针的留置时间。结果实验组留置针留置时间明显长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论婴幼儿头部静脉留置针固定采用3M胶布"廿"形固定加透明敷贴固定,可以减少留置针脱出,延长留置时间,值得推广。Objective To explore the influence of the ＂廿＂ model fixation of indwelling needle in the vein of infants on the time of adhesion.Methods 180 cases of infants with pneumonia ramdmised into study group（GS） and control group（Gc）.The fixation of indwelling needle of the Gs was ＂廿＂ model with 3M brand rubberized fabric and the Gc traditional model.The adhension time of both groups were recorded and compared.Results The average adhension time of Gs was longer than that if Gc（P0.05）.Conclusion The ＂廿＂ model fixation of indwelling needle in the vein of infants with 3M brand rubberized fabric should be used widely because of its long adhension time and lower prolapse ratio.
