腹腔镜在外科急腹症中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜技术在急腹症中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析2003年10月~2009年3月应用腹腔镜技术为89例急腹症患者实施腹腔镜手术治疗的临床资料。结果手术及病理检查诊断证实,腹腔镜手术在急腹症中的应用具有特殊的优点,既可明确诊断又可同时进行治疗,治疗效果可靠,腹腔镜手术成功84例,中转开腹手术5例,无明显手术并发症。结论腹腔镜技术在急腹症中的应用具有独特优势既可以明确诊断又可同时进行治疗。治疗效果可靠,并发症较少,有推广应用价值。Objective Probe into the application value of laparoscopy in acute abdomen.Methods From October 2003 to March 2009,89 patients with acute abdomen underwent the treatment with current laparoscopic devices and techniques.Results It confirmed by operation and pathologic diagnosis that laparoscopy operation had its own advantage to acute abdomen.The patients got sure diagnoses and treatment at the same time,the therapeutic effect is reliable.With laparoscopy operation was successful in 84 cases,conversion to open surgery occurred in 5 cases,without any operative complications.Conclusion Laparoscopy operation had its own advantage to acute abdomen,the patients got sure diagnoses and treatment at the same time,the therapeutic effect is reliable,without any operative complications,it is worth popularizing applying.
