中西药联用体外抗菌活性的研究

摘　　要：采用试管二倍稀释法分别测定了7种中药和9种西药对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌的MIC值。再采用微量棋盘稀释法进行了中西药联用体外抗菌试验,计算出FIC指数,并判定药物联用的性质。实验结果表明:黄连、连翘分别与头孢拉定、甲氧苄啶联用,以及蒲公英、金银花与庆大霉素联用抗金黄色葡萄球菌呈现协同作用;黄连、金银花与乙酰甲喹联用,黄连、连翘与甲氧苄啶联用抗大肠杆菌呈现协同作用;黄连与甲氧苄啶联用抗沙门氏菌为协同作用;其他中西药联用多呈现无关或拮抗作用。The MIC values of 7 species chinese herbs and 9 species western medicine on Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia Coli and Salmonella were detected by tube double dilution method. The antibacterial activity of Chinese herbs and western medicine combination in vitro were determined by chessboard dilution method. The properties of Chinese herbs and western medicine combination were definitcd according to FIC index. The results showed that antibacterial action of eoptis and forsythia combination with cefradine and trimethoprim, dandelion and honeysuckle combination with gentamicin, were synergistic effect on Staphylococcus aureus; an- tibacterial action of coptis and honeysuckle combination with mequindox, coptis and forsythia combination with trimethoprim, were synergistic effect on Escherichia Coil; antibacterial action of coptis combination with tfimethoprim were synergistic effect on Salmonella. Antibacterial action of the other Chinese herbs and western medicine combination were independent or antagonistic action.
