摘  要:研究了细叶桉CTMPH2O2漂白中的各个影响因素,即H2O2、NaOH、Na2SiO3、MgSO4的用量以及浆浓、温度和反应时间对纸浆漂后白度及返黄值(PC值)的影响。实验表明,提高浆浓,增大H2O2用量及NaOH用量都对提升纸浆白度有积极的作用,但超过一定限度时,会引起白度稳定性下降;Na2SiO3用量增加能提高纸浆白度,且PC值下降;MgSO4会导致白度损失和轻微的泛黄问题;温度和漂白时间对白度和PC值影响不大。细叶桉CTMPH2O2的最佳漂白工艺条件:浆浓15%,H2O23.7%,NaOH3%,Na2SiO32%,MgSO41%,温度70℃,时间2h。在此条件下,纸浆的白度可以达到82%ISO,PC值为0.8。The effects of chemical charges and conditions on the brightness and its heat stability of Eucalyptus Tereticornis Smith chemithermomechanical pulp(CTMP) are investigated in this paper. The experiment s results indicate that increases of the dosage of H2O2,NaOH and pulp consistency can improve the brightness and its stability,an increase of the dosage of Na2SiO3 can improve the brightness and its stability,an increase of dosage of MgSO4 can cause the loss of brightness but has a slight effect on the brightness stability, and temperature and time have small effects on the pulp brightness and its stability. The optimal conditions of bleaching Eucalyptus Tereticornis Smith:pulp consistency 15%, H202 3.7%, NaOH 3%, Na2SiO3 2%, MgSO4 1%, temperature 70℃, time 2h. At the optimal conditions, pulp brightness can reach 82%ISO and the PC number is 0.8.
