摘　　要：教学测评体系的应用可以推动教育部高校教学质量工程建设工作,是教学更加规范化和科学化的一种手段.针对国内高职院校教学质量评价的研究现状,自主开发高职了院校的教师水平测控与评价系统及软件,并提供了该系统的详细设计方案.对提高教学质量有重要意义.The application of teaching evaluating system can promote quality project construction advanced by the Ministry of Education.It s a means to make teaching more standardized and scientific.According to quo status of teaching quality evaluating in our country,it brings forward higher vocational colleges teaching quality evaluating system and software.Particular designing scheme is provided.It has important significance to improve teaching quality.
