五分类血液分析仪白细胞分类参数的校准及验证

摘　　要：[目的]对五分类血液细胞分析仪的白细胞分类计数(DIFF)部分进行校准,使检测的结果准确可靠。[方法]采用三盲法用手工对新鲜全血进行定值,再用该手工定值的新鲜全血对XE-2100五分类血液细胞分析仪的DIFF参数进行校准。[结果]手工分类靶值的均值NEUT%、LYMPH%、MONO%、EO%、BASO%分别是68.0、25.1、3.8、2.9和0.2,仪器检测总的均值分别是66.4、25.5、4.6、3.0和0.5。二者分类计数结果比较,均在可信允许范围内。[结论]人工对新鲜全血进行定值,所定靶值正确与否直接影响仪器分类参数校准的效果。参与人员必须具备责任心强、工作经验丰富等高素质、且经过严格的相关培训并相对固定,才能保证校准结果的准确性。[Objective] To calibrate the WBC diff part of 5-differential hematology analyzer and to get accurate and reliable measurements. [ Methods] Triple blind method was used to determine the WBC values of fresh whole blood manually, and then the whole blood samples were used to calibrate diff parameters of XE-2100 5-differential hematology analyzer. [ Results] The means of NEUT%, LYMPH%, MONO%, EO%, BASO% of manually differential target value was 68.0, 25.1, 3.8, 2.9 and 0.2, respectively. Total mean of analyzer measurement values was 66.4, 25：5, 4.6, 3.0 and 0.5, respectively. Comparing the two differential results, both of them are within credible range. [ Conclusion ] When manual WBC differential values are used to calibrate the WBC diff part of 5-differential hematology analyzer, the target values can ＇affect the calibration parameters directly. The measurement staff should be, responsible, experienced, strictly trained and relatively stable. Only that can make sure the accuracy of calibration results.
