摘 要:[目的]观察长时间力竭游泳运动后感染小鼠外周血中TGF-β以及调节性T细胞数量的变化。[方法]48只雄性C57小鼠随机分为空白对照组(C组:12只)、感染组对照组(M组:12只)、实验组(E组:12只)和恢复组(F组:12只)。E组和F组采用4周力竭游泳运动,M组和E组在力竭运动后即刻,F组在恢复性运动后7 d采用福氏志贺氏菌灌胃,灌胃后12 h,用ELASE检测大鼠外周血内TGF-β的含量;用流式细胞计数检测CD25+Foxp3+的调节性T细胞的变化。[结果]长时间力竭游泳运动后实验组小鼠外周血调节性T细胞的数量和TGF-β的表达显著升高(P﹤0.05);7 d恢复训练后基本恢复正常(P﹥0.05)。[结论]运动员过度训练通过分泌抑制T细胞活化的细胞因子和诱导调节性T细胞增殖抑制机体抗感染免疫功能;力竭运动对免疫防御的影响是可逆的;外周血TGF-β的变化可以作为外周疲劳的早期监测指标。[Objective] To observe changes of regulatory T cells (Tregs) and transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) in peripheral blood of infectious mice after exhaustive swimming exercise. [ Methods ] 48 C57 mice were divided randondy into blank control group (Group C: n = 12), infeetious control group (Group M: n = 12), exhaustive training group (Group E: n=12) and recovery group (Group F: n = 12). Group E and Group F were forced to exhaustively swim for 4 weeks. Group M and Group E were given Sh.flexneri by garage at the instant after exhaustive swimming and Group F at 7 day after recovery. 12 hours later, Tregs and TGF-β were evaluated respectively by flow eytometry and ELASE. [ Results] The quantity of Tregs and TGF-β were significatxdy improved after exhaustive swimming (P〈 0.05). which recovered when being retrained after 7 davsv (P 〉 0.05). [Conclusion] Exhaustive swimmmg could promote the secretion of TGF-β and induce proliferation of Tregs to inhibit immunity; and the effect of inhibition could be reversible: TGF-β could he considered as a sign of periphery fatigue in early period.
