中青年鼻咽癌患者的疲劳状况及护理

摘　　要：目的:了解中青年鼻咽癌患者的疲劳状况及护理策略。方法:对80例中青年鼻咽癌患者应用FAI疲劳评定量表,进行疲劳评定。结果:被调查中青年鼻咽癌患者中,有疲劳者占73.75%,其中中重度疲劳占51.25%。结论:中青年鼻咽癌患者疲劳发生率较高,且多数属于中重度,针对中青年鼻咽癌患者的疲劳状况,应采取针对性的护理干预措施以减轻患者的疲劳感,提高其生活质量。Objective： Make a fatigue status exploration in middle -aged patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma （ NPC ） and find out nursing strategy. Method ： FAI fatigue rating scale was applied to 80 middle -aged NPC patients to investigated their fatigue status. Result： Among all the enrolled patients, 73.75% represented fatigue, in which 51.25% patient experienced moderate -severe fatigue. Conclusion： There was a high incidence of fatigue in middle - aged NPC patients with most of moderate - severe. Targeted nursing and intervention strategies should be administrated in middle -aged NPC patients to alleviate the fatigue experience and improve their quality of life.
