摘　　要：根据结构化构模方法和企业资源优化模型的特点,提出了实现企业资源优化模型的具体方法。该方法提取离散制造企业的主要特征,抽象出主要构模要素,描述企业经营活动中物流与工艺的关系,使所构造的结构化模型有较高的通用性。通过利用随机数据和企业真实数据的实验,验证了该方法的实用性和模型系统的通用性。Based on structured modeling method and the characteristics of enterprise resource optimization model, an implementation method for enterprise resource optimization model system was proposed. This method extracted the primary characteristics of the discrete manufacturing enterprises, abstracted the basic elements of the enterprise resource optimization model, described the relationships between logistics and technical processes within the manufacturing system, and therefore enabled the modeling system with higher compatibility. The simulation test using the randomly generated data and actual operation data proved that this method was feasible and was compatible to most manufacturing enterprises.
